The hotdogs were good, but nothing extraordinary. The price, though, is very reasonable, and reason enough to go back ($4.95).

Dog was great. A must have before you leave NOLA. The gentleman was awesome as well.

Was on Bourbon St. Bought 2 dogs from street vendor. Cost was $11.50. Food was great ,gave vendor $15.00 . He pretended that transaction was over. I remnded him he owed me $3.50. He responded " what do I want back " i said " everything ". Obviously he tried to screw me. He literally ruined my meal.

Paralyzing Food Poisoning !!! Seriously 3 of 4 of us, ER trip and "LUCKY" we survived. Should be shut down and forced to eat what you serve people. Goes without saying (-5) stars

We had been walking all day, and were tired and hungry. Decided to stop for a Lucky Dog. It was very good, but nothing earth shattering. The vendor was nice and everything appeared fresh and clean. It was convenient and the price tag was not too steep.

I now live in Florida. I used to work on Bourbon St. and I miss lucky dogs! I always got one before my shift. Long and juicy! A meal in a bag. Oh! You wonder...a bag? Well, I was treated special, most of the chefs, :) who fixed my lucky dog, put mine in the bag that held all the buns. Cook said he didn't need it any more because the rest of the buns, were being toasted. I guess I was the real lucky dog! ;) New Orleans New Years, Lucky Dog time!

I gave this review 5 stars because the hot dog was awesome. I would rate the service and attitude of the vendor in the New Orleans international airport a negative rating or nothing at all. She did not have her act together and hundreds of excuses as to why the service wasn't ready to serve at 8:00 am. She even went as far to tell us that LUCKY DOGS don't really open till 8:30 when there was a sign 3 feet away that clearly shown 8:00am. Personally if she worked for my company, she would be doing something other then working with costumers.

When you're down in New Orleans at 3 in the morning you'll never be happier to see a hot dog cart

These Lucky Dogs are a welcome sight around 4 in the morning! Its an alright snack if your sober. nothing special about them except the Lucky is a large dog. The dog itself has no snap to it and it clearly isn't an all beef frank. Having said that, if its in the middle of the day, go hit up on many of the kickass restaurants there is to eat at in new Orleans. By no means am I dogging this street food. On the contrary, when everything else has practically closed and your still jotting from one bar to another during the after hours... these bad boys are a sight and smell to behold! If your ganna get one, spend the extra dollar and make it the larger Lucky Dog to go, with everything on it!

Clean cut vendor used sanitizer AND gloves. Had different types of hot sauces. Bun was steamed and the hot dog was great!!

I wanted a Lucky Dog and walked up to a stand at the corner of Royal and St. Peter by Rouse’s. It looked like no one was manning the stand. When I realized the person leaning against the wall, not paying attention, and was dressed like they’re homeless, was manning the stand, I said to myself, “NO!!!” Nice professional image. That was today. 11-10-2019 at 6:25PM.

The best hot dogs on Bourbon Street!

Absolutely ripped off. We asked for 5 super dogs ($5.75 each). He says you're lucky I have just 5 left ready. First he over charged at $36.00 but have me a break at $35.00. Should have been $28.75 and all 5 were COLD. Like fresh out of the package cold. This was the Lucky Dog wagon at the corner of Canal and Bourbon. I guess he figured we were drunk and wouldn't not know this difference. We weren't and we did. He'll will freeze over before we have their dogs again.
